Delete Your Wellix Account
Account & data deletion
You can request deletion of your Wellix Meals account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
In the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm.
By email: send a request from the email address connected to your account to privacy@wellix.io with the subject "Delete my Wellix account". Include your account email, full name if available, and your country/region.
What will be deleted
Your account profile, saved preferences, dietary preferences, meal plans, grocery lists, saved recipes, favorites and ratings, and support request history where legally possible are removed from active systems.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes, or in anonymized/aggregated form that no longer identifies you.
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your request is complete.
