Acceptable use

Respect access boundaries

• Use only the accounts, services and data you are authorised to access.
• Do not attempt to access another customer’s information or bypass access controls.
• Handle credentials and access permissions according to the requirements of your deployment.

Use data lawfully

• Only provide data you are entitled to process and share for the relevant service.
• Respect applicable privacy requirements and permissions associated with the data.
• Do not attempt to re-identify data where doing so is prohibited.

Prohibited use

• Do not distribute malware, send unlawful messages or deliberately interfere with service operation.
• Do not use product decisions to discriminate unlawfully or evade consumer-protection, pricing-disclosure or advertising rules.
• Do not strip consent signals from data supplied for processing.
• Do not probe, scrape or reverse-engineer models, endpoints or software beyond authorised use, subject to rights provided by applicable law and third-party licences.

Represent outputs accurately

Do not present estimates or generated outputs as verified facts without the appropriate checks. Food and nutrition outputs are informational and should not be presented as medical diagnosis or treatment.

Software and third-party materials

Use runtime components, templates and connected third-party materials under their applicable licence terms. Your use of Wellix software is subject to the applicable customer agreement; third-party materials remain subject to their own terms.

Report concerns

Contact support@wellix.io to report suspected misuse. Any response to a contractual violation follows the applicable agreement and law.

Applicable agreements

Violations may lead to suspension or termination as provided in the applicable customer agreement. We notify customers and work through fixes where the violation is recoverable, subject to applicable law. These guidelines do not replace or reduce rights and obligations under an existing agreement.
