Legal
Acceptable use
Applies to platform customers · updated 2026-08-08
Short version: use the platform for lawful subscription products, represent its outputs honestly, and do not try to break the data boundaries the DPA draws.
1. Permitted use
The platform is licensed for operating lawful consumer subscription products — in health, wellness, behavioural change and adjacent categories — under a signed MSA and Order Form.
2. Prohibited use
- Presenting platform outputs as medical diagnosis, treatment or clinical advice — including Nutrition AI outputs, which are informational food data only.
- Attempting to re-identify pseudonymised or de-identified data, or to access another customer's data or configuration.
- Probing, scraping or reverse-engineering models, endpoints or SDKs beyond documented use.
- Using decisions to discriminate unlawfully or to evade consumer-protection, pricing-disclosure or advertising rules in your markets.
- Sending data you have no legal basis to process, or stripping consent signals before ingestion.
3. Enforcement
Violations can lead to suspension or termination under the MSA. We notify customers and work through fixes where the violation is recoverable; where the law requires more, we do what the law requires.
4. Reports
Suspected misuse of the platform can be reported to support@wellix.io.
Working version pending final legal review; the prohibitions above are already operative under the MSA.
