Sub-processors
Disclosure practice · updated 2026-08-08
Sub-processors are third parties that process customer data on our behalf under the DPA — cloud infrastructure and similar operational providers.
1. How disclosure works
The authoritative sub-processor list is issued with the DPA during onboarding and kept current for customers under the DPA's change-notice mechanism. Any prospective customer can request the current list before signing anything: support@wellix.io.
2. What the list contains
For each sub-processor: entity name, role (for example cloud hosting), processing location, and the data categories it touches. Sub-processors are bound by written terms no weaker than the DPA.
3. Publication on this page
This page will carry the published list once the first production deployments are live; until then the on-request practice above applies. The changelog will record the change when it happens.
Nothing is listed here yet because nothing invented belongs here. The list you receive on request is the real one.
