Wellix · Subscription platform

Choose the right solution for your next stage.

Start with the capabilities that solve your biggest challenge. Expand your Wellix setup as your business grows.

Three ways to start with Wellix.

A foundation for launch

Launch a product

For teams bringing a new subscription app or web product to market.

Put the common foundations in place so your engineers can focus on the experience customers are buying.

  • Application runtime and product templates
  • Sign-in, accounts and customer access
  • Payments, subscriptions and web-to-app handoff

Custom proposal

Discuss your launch

More from your product

Improve monetisation & retention

For teams developing an existing subscription product.

Connect offers, the customer journey and revenue data to identify what to improve and how to measure it.

  • Promotions, cancellation offers and Wellix Monetize
  • Wellix Funnels and customer behaviour analysis
  • Revenue Truth and customer value prediction

Custom proposal

Discuss your growth priorities

A repeatable product base

Scale across products

For companies operating several apps, brands or subscription products.

Reuse the infrastructure and operating practices your products share while keeping their own experience and business rules.

  • Shared runtime, data and deployment components
  • Account, commerce and operational building blocks
  • Consistent event and revenue definitions

Custom proposal

Discuss your product portfolio

Invest in your product, with a foundation you can reuse.

Payments, sign-in, access, data connections and operational tools are recurring work for subscription teams. A shared platform reduces repeated integration and base-feature development, leaving more engineering attention for the product customers use.

Reuse core capabilities

Carry common application and business workflows into the next feature or product.

Connect what you already use

Bring payment providers, identity and events into consistent product workflows.

Make the next decision clearer

Use connected operational and revenue data to choose what to improve.

Model the value for your business

Choose one task and explore the effect of your assumptions. Keep revenue, contribution and the value of released working time separate.

The prefilled numbers are synthetic examples, not your company’s data. Replace them with your assumptions. Figures are in USD; displayed results are rounded.

Scenario calculation

+$5,000

Revenue change per month

2% → 2.5% purchase conversion

Purchases per month
200 → 250

+50 purchases at unchanged traffic.

Change in purchase conversion
+0.5 percentage points

+25% relative conversion change.

Additional contribution before solution cost
+$3,500

Per month. Revenue change × 70% margin − $0 extra ad spend − $0 extra operating costs; Wellix cost is not included.

Traffic and revenue per purchase stay constant. Use revenue after discounts and refunds, excluding pass-through taxes. Additional revenue is not automatically profit.

View assumptions and calculation

Revenue change = visitors × (scenario conversion − baseline conversion) × revenue per purchase. Rates are divided by 100. Additional contribution = revenue change × margin after variable costs − additional ad and operating costs − entered Wellix cost. Do not count the same cost twice. This is incremental contribution, not total business profit or ROI.

These inputs describe a scenario, not evidence that an improvement will be achieved. Compare the same population, time window and task scope. Do not add effects on the same purchases, subscribers or work, or combine revenue with working-time equivalents.

Discuss a solution for this goal

From your priorities to a proposal.

  1. Tell us about your product

Share what you are launching or improving and what gets in the way.

  2. Choose the relevant solutions

Discuss the capabilities and existing systems that matter to your goal.

  3. Get a tailored proposal

Review the software, integration approach, support and commercial terms together.

Questions before you start.

Can we start with one area?

Yes. You can discuss a focused set of capabilities, such as payments and access or revenue analysis, and build from there.

Does Wellix fit an existing application?

Wellix can be introduced around an existing application. We review your providers, account model and data flows to identify what connects and what needs to change.

How do we discuss several products?

Tell us which products share infrastructure and which need their own rules or operating model. The proposal can address the portfolio together.

How is integration organised?

Wellix helps your team connect the software to your product. This can involve hosted services and APIs, licensed runtime components, templates, configuration and migration work.

What should we share for a proposal?

Describe the product, your current challenge, web and mobile channels, key providers and the outcomes you want. If you have several products, explain how they relate.

What determines the proposal?

The selected software capabilities, products, usage and integration needs inform the proposal, together with maintenance and support. We discuss these as part of choosing the right solution.
