Privacy policy

1. What this website collects

The site is static and sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, request path, user agent) for security and reliability; logs are retained briefly and are not used to identify visitors.

2. The contact form

If you submit the form or email us, we receive what you send: name, company, work email, module interest and your message. We use it to answer your request and for no other purpose — no newsletters, no marketing lists, no sharing with third parties beyond the infrastructure that stores the message.

3. Retention

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the request and a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

4. Platform data is a separate regime

Data our customers send to the Wellix Core Platform is processed under the MSA and its DPA schedule — see the DPA summary. This website policy does not govern platform processing.

5. Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for correction, or ask for deletion: privacy@wellix.io.
