Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, company if provided, email address, modules and services of interest, enquiry topic and message. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
Handling your enquiry
We use enquiry information to review and respond to your request and manage that correspondence. Enquiries are not added to newsletters or marketing lists. We do not share them beyond the infrastructure and people needed to handle the request.
Enquiry records
Form enquiries are stored on the website server for review, together with the submission time and a request reference. Sending an email separately uses the email systems involved in that correspondence.
Technical information and abuse prevention
The website infrastructure handles connection and request information to serve pages and protect the site. The form uses the connecting IP address to limit repeated attempts. These temporary counters are kept separately from enquiry records. The form handler does not write your message or email address to general application logs.
Infrastructure diagnostic records may contain technical information about connections or errors. We use technical information for security and reliability, rather than visitor profiling.

If your request concerns a separate application using Wellix software, its operator may need to handle the request.
